Seven questions to ask a white label peptide partner

Choosing a supply partner is one of the biggest decisions in building a peptide line. These seven questions help you compare partners on what matters.

When you launch a peptide line under your own name, your supply partner becomes part of your brand. These seven questions help you compare partners on the things your clients will never see but will always depend on.

    1. Who tests the products?

Ask whether testing is done by an independent third-party lab, separate from the supplier. In-house testing is not the same as independent testing.

    2. Does every lot have its own report?

A certificate of analysis should be issued per lot, not reused across batches. Ask to see a sample report and check that it carries a lot number.

    3. What does the testing cover?

Identity and purity are a start. Ask whether reports also include a contaminant panel, such as endotoxins, sterility, heavy metals and residual solvents. Our guide on how to read a certificate of analysis walks through each section.

    4. Can products carry my brand?

Ask what label and packaging options are available, and who sets up label content. Your brand should lead the label, and the content should follow each product’s labeling requirements.

    5. How do orders ship?

Ask where orders ship from, how products are packed for transit and how long orders take to arrive. Clear answers here prevent surprises later.

    6. Who do I talk to?

Ask whether you get one dedicated contact or a general support inbox. A single point of contact who knows your account saves time on every order.

    7. How does the range grow?

Ask how new products are added, and whether partners can suggest what comes next. A partner that develops new formats helps your line grow with your clients.

The right partner makes the supply side invisible, so you can focus on your clients.

    Ready to compare?

We built Peptide Brand Partners around these questions: independent testing on every lot, a report for every lot, your brand on every product and one dedicated contact. Start your provider intake and your contact will reach out with next steps.
